Complementary Products and Services Briquettes used both domestically and commercially provide a source for heating and cooking, however, have the same pollution properties of power plants. The use of the CCII technology in the production of briquettes would further reduce local pollution, while providing a more efficient and cost effective energy resource. In addition, the use of these clean briquettes will also reduce the severe health effects prevalent in the poorer homes of China that use coal briquettes for home heating and cooking. With local government sponsorship, these briquettes could represent a market opportunity comparable with that of our clean coal technology. Potential Future Products and Services While the prototype plant is built and expanded, we will continue to leverage the relationships we have established with key strategic partners to expand the intellectual property and continually advance the leadership position of this technology. Our intention is to implement complementary technologies, e.g., post combustion technologies to remove carbon dioxide, mercury, and other toxic trace element emissions to create zero-emission power plants. Given the anticipated value of our stock and our financial strength, we would anticipate our company being in a position to develop or potentially acquire companies that have products and services that complement our corporate strategy. Competitive AdvantageCCTI enters the market in a dominant position based on the sophistication of our technology and first mover advantage. The timing is perfect for pursuing the China opportunity initially for a number of reasons. China is under attack and scrutiny by the world press over its inability to contain its increasing pollution which is a by-product of its economic growth. The New York Times, and other US major news media has made attacking China on the pollution issue one of their major crusades. This is creating a significant problem in public relations. The CCTI technology gives China the "Silver Bullet," to demonstrate to the world and its citizens their seriousness and resolve in solving this problem. As the first plant demonstrates commercial validation, the Chinese government may provide the necessary investment to capitalize on our technology as a means of dramatically reducing their pollution, China currently uses over 2 Billion tons of coal a year. Approximately half is used for industrial purposes. It will be the decision of the Chinese government to determine how many of our plants will be built at the rate they will be constructed, however, it is inevitable that they will rapidly recognize the extraordinary value of our technology to China, and the rest of the world.
